Matsuri

It's Hikaru from 'Magic Knight Rayearth'. I decided to draw her after I drew Umi in kimono - I'm gonna submit it some time in the future. The kimono wasn't so difficult to draw, but you'll be veeery surprised wheen I tell you that the smallest part of it - the one with only pink flowers on it - took me quite a lot of time considering its size
And well the background was fairly tiresome - had to be careful not to make it choppy...
